Describe your life coaching approach.

Similar to other coaches, I help you identify goals, overcome obstacles and make desired changes in your life. The difference is in my uniquely holistic, integrative and energy-activating approach that enhances and stabilizes change at a core, subtle level to promote more profound change.

We connect virtually to delete travel stress, keep sessions accessible and rates affordable. Special techniques allow us to deeply connect and do our work together from anywhere. If an in-person session is called for, we discuss options.

Where do I start?

Start with a Basic Process session which is 75 minutes for $75. Deep Process sessions are available for more subtle work and are 90 minutes for $90. At the end of each session we discuss the experience to answer questions and decide next steps.

How often do we meet?

Session scheduling is kept flexible to accommodate your needs as they evolve. Together we decide how often to meet and whether the timing needs to shift as things progress.

How does your coaching work?

I go beyond typical life coaching methods to incorporate safe, simple and proven non-linear shamanic, energy-based, and yogic techniques. These techniques help access hidden truths, activate dormant energies and awaken new pathways forward, allowing you to create core changes more efficiently and effectively. No experience necessary. We move together through the session and I guide our direction for optimal results as we go.

How long is your coaching program?

I respect each woman's unique situation and do not follow a program or "one size fits all" model. At the start of a session we take a few moments to discuss your unique situation and at the end, next steps. Together we forge a fluid path forward that works best for you.

How do I schedule an appointment?
