Describe your life coaching approach.

Similar to other coaches, I help you identify goals, overcome obstacles and make desired changes in your life. The difference is in my uniquely holistic, integrative and energy-activating approach that enhances and stabilizes change at a core, subtle level to promote tangible outcomes.

We connect virtually to delete travel stress, keep sessions accessible and rates affordable. Special techniques allow us to deeply connect and do our work together from anywhere. If an in-person session is called for, we discuss options.

Where do I start?

Start with a complimentary 15- to 30-minute call (text to schedule).

Depending on the outcome of the call, we schedule a Basic Process session (60 minutes at $60) or a Deep Process session (90 minutes at $90). At the end of your session we discuss the experience, answer questions and decide next steps.

Note that to ensure commitment and dedication, individual sessions are prepaid, non-transferrable, non-refundable, and expire in 1 month for optimization.

How often do we meet?

How often we meet depends on your situation and your progress. At the end of each session we take a few moments to discuss this.

How does your coaching work?

I go beyond typical life coaching methods to incorporate safe, simple and proven non-linear shamanic, energy-based, and yogic techniques. These techniques help us access hidden truths, activate dormant energies and awaken new pathways forward, allowing you to create core changes more efficiently and effectively. No experience necessary. I guide you through the session in a way that promotes optimal results.

Do you offer Packages?

One session is often enough. However, should more sessions be called for, I offer three packages. Package 1 is three Basic Process sessions at $150. Package 2 is one Basic Process and two Deep Process sessions at $210. Package 3 is three Deep Process sessions at $240.
