Meet Cecilia

Cecilia was inspired to shift into coaching for women in response to insufficiencies she witnessed in the mental-emotional health system. With a professional background in psychology, counseling, educational psychology and life coaching, she felt something lacking in these modalities and went searching for alternatives. After experiencing the power of ancient wisdom in her own healing journey, she fully embraced the techniques and integrated them into her services to enhance her clients' transformation.

In 2010 CZ Mentoring, LLC was born and Cecilia abandoned her professional work in the schools for the private coaching sector. Today WOMANward™ life coaching is a culmination of her desire to work exclusively with women using a holistic approach that integrates healing wisdom from psychology, counseling, shamanism, yoga, energy science, frequency medicine and hospice.
