Meet Cecilia

With a professional background in psychology, counseling and educational psychology, Cecilia shifted into coaching for women to address insufficiencies she witnessed in the personal support arena. From 2005-2012, she completed in-depth training in a few key modalities and integrated the techniques into her portfolio to enhance client healing and transformation.

After leaving her career as a school psychologist behind for the private coaching sector, Cecilia opened InnerScapes, LLC in 2010, changing the name to CZ Mentoring, LLC in 2017 to reflect the breadth of her work. WOMANward™ is the life coaching arm of the LLC., designed exclusively for women.
