Meet Cecilia

With a professional background in psychology, counseling and educational psychology, Cecilia was inspired to shift into coaching for women in response to insufficiencies she witnessed in the mental-emotional health system. After experiencing the power of ancient wisdom in her own journey, she fully embraced it. From 2005-2012, she completed in-depth training in a few key modalities and integrated the new techniques into her portfolio to enhance client healing and transformation.

After leaving her career in the public schools behind for the private coaching sector, Cecilia opened InnerScapes, LLC in 2010, changing the name to CZ Mentoring, LLC in 2017 to reflect the broad scope of her services. Today WOMANward™ life coaching is one part of her service, the culmination of a desire to work exclusively with women using a holistic approach that integrates healing wisdom from psychology, psychiatry, counseling, shamanism, kundalini yoga, energy science, frequency medicine, and hospice.
