Meet Cecilia

Cecilia was inspired to open WOMANward™ alternative coaching for women in response to insufficiencies she witnessed in the current mental-emotional health system. With a professional background in psychology, counseling and educational psychology, she left her career behind to embrace more ancient healing arts and techniques. From that journey, CZ Mentoring, LLC was born and in 2010 she pivoted into the private coaching sector. WOMANward™ is the culmination of her desire to work exclusively with women using a unique integration of the life coach model with holistic principles from psychology, counseling, shamanism, yoga, energy science, frequency medicine, and hospice.
